SPECIAL ORDER OR PRE-ORDER

If an item you want to purchase is temporarily out of stock, you may still be able to special order it. This allows you to reserve the next available stock, so when we receive it, we ship it to you. We usually send special order item(s) within two or three days from "Arrival Date" listed on our web store, and we’ll let you know by email when we send them.

Products available for pre-order haven’t yet arrived in store or our Distribution Center, but should be available for shipping two to three days after expected arrival date listed on our web store.

Shipments are via Canada Post, Purolator or UPS.

 

Shipments to International Addresses

At this time, we are unable to accept or ship international orders.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Online Exchanges 

There are no returns or exchanges on dance apparel or sale merchandise. In order to process an exchange on an item, you must first email us at info@solekids.ca to receive a confirmation, no exceptions. Returns are accepted for store credit/exchange and must be made within 15 days of order date. Items must be returned new, unused and in original packaging with all tags still attached. Returns that are missing tags and/or damaged will not be processed, nor will they be returned to sender.

Please note we are not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we have received your return we will process store credit/exchange within 7-14 business days.

* Please note shipping and handling charges are not refundable.  

*Dance apparel, accessories, socks, ballet shoes and tights are not returnable at any time.

*All discounted/sale and dance apparel merchandise is final sale.

No, we do not accept returns or exchanges on dance apparel or final sale merchandise, online or in stores.
